His expertise spans a wide range of operating systems, including Mac OS, Linux, and Windows, with a strong background in network troubleshooting, software solution development, and server administration.
Arturo has provided project services for many global clients, from deploying web applications and managing critical system rollouts for large networks to providing comprehensive technical support for global companies.
He thrives on solving complex challenges and ensuring robust, secure, and efficient technological environments.

Simone Mino is a dynamic Senior Leader specializing in driving operational excellence and fostering high-performing teams.
As Chief Operating Officer (COO), she brings significant experience in Management, Operations, and Client Relationship Management.
Simone has a BS and an MS from the University of Sydney and an MBA, which will complete in October 2025. Her career is defined by a commitment to ensuring sound management, implementing robust operational processes, and cultivating a collegiate, transparent, and high-performance culture across diverse teams.
She excels at managing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, coaching and mentoring staff, and leading projects that deliver tangible results, such as building stable teams from the ground up and achieving significant growth in client engagement.
